means of systems monitoring, decision-support, and
processes optimization with employments of technologies
such as e-Monitoring and e-Maintenance. The portal
may further be interconnected to mobile phones allowing
sending alarm signals, surveying main operational interfaces,
and operating administration interfaces, as well as
survey maintenance interventions by video.
